Registration fees:

Author registration*: 450 EUR (375 EUR students**)

Early registration: 450 EUR (375 EUR students**)

Late registration: 525 EUR

The registration fee includes the attendance to all sessions, the conference banquet, a copy of the proceedings, daily lunches, coffee breaks and social events.

Other Conference fees:

  • Additional paper pages (over the 10-page limit, maximum 2): 75 EUR per page
  • Additional papers (maximum one extra paper associated to a single registration): 225 EUR
  • Accompanying persons:
    • 200 EUR / person (100 EUR for children) including lunches, all social events and gala dinner.
    • 150 EUR / person (75 EUR for children) including all social events and gala dinner.
    • Gala dinner extra ticket only: 75 EUR (30 EUR for children)
  • Cancellation fee: 200 EUR for participants and 100€ for accompanying persons (see conditions below)


General conditions for WSOM+ 2019:

* Authors of accepted papers must register before the established deadline; their payment must be received by this date. One author registration will guarantee the publication of at most one accepted paper. If the same author presents a second paper, a supplementary publication fee of 225 EUR is due.

** Student status proof will be requested.

Fee for accompanying persons excludes the copy of proceedings and coffee breaks.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be made for registered Authors. If a cancellation (only for non-authors) is received by June 1st 2019, the conference secretariat will retain a cancellation fee of 200 EUR. Cancellations received after this date will not be entitled to a refund.

The conference organization is not liable if a participant cannot attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, such as visa refusal, natural forces, strike or force majeure. The registration fee cannot be reimbursed in these cases.

It is agreed that the WSOM+ organizing committee and the WSOM+ secretariat, and their agents and officers, reserve the right to cancel at any time any, or all, of the programmed or other activities if this should appear necessary as a result of events which are beyond their control or which they cannot reasonably be expected to influence or for which they are not responsible. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such events shall include force majeure, government or other official regulations, natural disasters, strikes of any kind whatsoever, civil, international or other crises, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Decisions regarding the necessity for such cancellation shall be taken by the conference secretariat, or their agents, at their sole discretion and shall be final.

The WSOM+ organizing committee reserves the right to refuse admission to the conference, or participation in any other WSOM+ activities to any delegate who is considered by the WSOM+ organizing committee to be a security risk and/or a disruptive influence on the orderly conduct of all aspects of the conference.
